RB8’s Marketing Inquiry function gives you the ability to search for specific types of firms in your client base, such as your top 100 firms by revenue.
- In Inquiry > Marketing Inquiry, select Top N Revenue Contacts in the Type drop-down.
- In Scheduled Date From/To, enter the period you want to analyze.
- Enter the amount of contacts you want to analyze in Top N.
- Click Search. RB8 lists contacts who brought you the most business during the specified period.
Other types of searches you can do here include who contacted you the most, who stopped contacting you, and which resources were assigned to the most jobs.
