RB8’s Support Ticket System gives your clients and resources a way to easily communicate with your office and retain a “paper trail” of their communications. In addition to users typing in requests manually in RB Web, RB8 also generates some automatic support tickets, such as when resources request time off through RB Web:
You can eliminate calls and emails by using the Support Ticket System for reporter requests for time off. In RB Web under the Availability tab, they can view their schedule directly from your RB8. There they can quickly request time off with a few clicks, which sends you a support ticket alert to the request.
You then respond yes or no through the Support Ticket System, and the ticket cycles through until the reporter closes the ticket.
