Change the default settings for the subject line and body of emails

For job confirmations, use Tools > System Preferences > Confirmation Email.

For cancellation confirmations, use Tools > System Preferences > Cancellation Email.

Edit the text as desired. To add new merge fields to the Subject or Message field, click where you want the merge field, then click Actions to select the field and insert it into the text.
