You can also generate reports for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A different date or date range<\/li>\n<li>Single resource<\/li>\n<li>Specific Resource Type(s)<\/li>\n<li>Specific service item(s)<\/li>\n<li>Specific business unit(s)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Additional Resource Production Report lists each invoice having additional pay, grouped and subtotaled by resource. Each resource has their own page(s) in the report with a final page of grand total invoice and additional pay amounts. Invoices listed are broken down by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Invoice number<\/li>\n<li>Invoice date<\/li>\n<li>Total invoice amount<\/li>\n<li>Additional pay-related service item(s)<\/li>\n<li>Number of units of each service item<\/li>\n<li>Pay amount<\/li>\n<li>Job number<\/li>\n<li>Job date<\/li>\n<li>Case<\/li>\n<li>Sold To firm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The report\u2019s footer will display which search criteria you used to generate the particular report with the exception of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Blank search fields<\/li>\n<li>ALL list selections<\/li>\n<li>If you generate a report for a single resource<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you select two or more items in a list, the report will display that as \u201c(multiple values selected).\u201d<\/p>\n<p>You can search for a word or phrase in the onscreen report. RB9 will highlight all instances of your searched word\/phrase in the report and list them in a scroll box along with the page number where they occur.<\/p>\n<p>Print the report or export\u00a0it to save, share, and\/or edit in another application.<\/p>\n<p><em>NOTE: This is an RB9 Standard-only function. It is not included in RB9 Lite.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>TL;DR: This report lists each invoice (including the unit count) having additional pay, grouped and subtotaled by resource.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4>RB9 concepts in this lesson<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Additional pay:<\/strong>\u00a0Payment to resources for miscellaneous services not charged on posted invoices.
