Use this function to <strong>produce reports that document your progress for any time period.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The default Daily Tracking Summary lists all tracking items with steps that were completed today so you can document your day\u2019s progress. Items are listed in descending alphabetical order of their description\/title.<\/p>\n<p>Each item listed includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Its related job number<\/li>\n<li>Job date<\/li>\n<li>Case<\/li>\n<li>Client<\/li>\n<li>Witness<\/li>\n<li>Tracking item\u2019s description\/title<\/li>\n<li>Type of item being tracked<\/li>\n<li>Current step in process<\/li>\n<li>Its due date<\/li>\n<li>Start date<\/li>\n<li>End date<\/li>\n<li>Your company\u2019s assigned business unit<\/li>\n<li>Assigned tracking manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The report\u2019s footer displays the searched by finish date (today) above the timestamp.<\/p>\n<h2>Create reports using different criteria<\/h2>\n<p>You can generate the report for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A different date range<\/li>\n<li>A single manager<\/li>\n<li>One or more tracking items<\/li>\n<li>One or more of your company\u2019s business units<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The report\u2019s footer will display which search criteria you used to generate the particular report with the exception of blank search fields, ALL list selections, or if generating a report for one or several tracking items. If you select two or more items in the Business Units list, the report will display that as \u201c(multiple values selected).\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Instead of generating a report that only includes the current step of tracking items, you can also create a report that lists all the steps completed in the specified time range for each tracking item.<\/p>\n<p>You can search for a word or phrase in the onscreen report. RB9 will highlight all instances of your searched word\/phrase in the report and list them in a scroll box along with the page number where they occur. Export the report in a variety of formats to save it and\/or edit in another application, or print it.<\/p>\n<p><em>NOTE: This is an RB9 Standard-only function.
